When will I receive my order?
The next day, your orders in Istanbul will be delivered to you by Bolt. Within 1-3 working days, your orders outside of Istanbul are delivered by Yurtiçi. 
 
 
How can I find out whether my order has been shipped or not?

Is there anything to which I should pay attention while receiving the product when cargo brings?
Yes. Damage to products may occur due to cargo during shipping by cargo. Therefore, you should pay attention to whether there is any crush, tear and wetness on the package while receiving the product. When there is such a situation, you should not receive the cargo and make the cargo authority take a statement down.
 
 
The cargo had arrived, but it couldn't find me at home, how can I reach the product?
In the case that you are not present at the stated address, the time interval during which your order will be delivered to you will be informed via SMS for your orders within the province of Istanbul. Before your order arrives, it is confirmed whether you are at home at that time by also Bolt employees. For your orders outside of Istanbul, if you are not present at the stated address, the product you have ordered will be delivered to the closest cargo branch to your address. It is kept in the branch for 3 days. You can receive the product with your ID number by going to the cargo branch. The products not received within 3 days are sent back to our company.

How long would it take to refund when I cancel the order?

When you cancel the order or return the product, within 7-10 working days from the receipt of the product to us depending on your bank, your money will be refunded.
